Showtime Engage Latest Feature Releases

All our new feature releases are developed in conjunction with customer feedback and requests, and what better way to learn how to serve our global community of Exhibitors than to crowd-source ideas from customers around the world, that can then be deployed for everyone to benefit from?
Here’s a round-up of our most recent Engage deployments and how you can use them within your circuit.
ADDITIONAL SEGMENTATION ATTRIBUTES
To help you make your campaigns even more targeted, we’ve added additional attributes that you can use within your Segmentation filter including:
Member status
Movie Rating Preference
Cinema Type Preference
Movie ticket Preference
Average Spend
Actors seen
Titles Seen/Not seen
Sign up site
SOCIAL MEDIA EXPORTS
This new feature gives you the opportunity to increase your conversion rates by retargeting people who are within an Engage segment or campaign (or find lookalike audiences to reach new customers), via Social Media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads etc.
For example, you may wish to retarget customers who:
Belong to a certain segment
Performed a certain action within a campaign flow
Clicked on a particular link in an Email campaign
Simply connect Showtime to your Social Media accounts via the Circuit Admin screen and you can now directly export customers from Showtime Engage to your Social Media Platform for retargeting. You can also export customers to a Hashed File for import in other platforms.
RETAIL FLOW AND REPORTING
This feature allows you to run a campaign with retail being the conversion item. For those circuits who are tracking retail items as a conversion item (instead of movie titles), we’ve added this retail tracking to the campaign report, so you’ll be able to see how the selected item(s) performed.
RECURRING CAMPAIGNS:
This email marketing automation functionality gives you the ability to set up automatic campaigns that trigger when preset rules have been met, which saves your marketing team valuable time and effort.
Examples of when you might want to use recurring campaigns:
When a customer has a birthday and you want to offer them a gift
If a customer has not visited in 6 months and you want to entice them back with an offer
When a customer’s rewards are about to expire and you want to give them the opportunity to use them before they lose them
In addition, the Recurring Campaigns Report enables you to understand how your recurring campaigns are performing. You will see a single report per recurring campaign, and the report data will build over time.
PERFORMANCE LIST
This feature enables you to send communications to a group of customers who have attended performances at your cinema,or customers who have purchased tickets for upcoming shows.
You might want to retarget them with an offer, or you could use this feature to contact customers if you’ve had a COVID 19 case confirmed. Similarly, you could contact customers ahead of a performance if you’ve had a projector breakdown and minimise the disruption at your site.

Once you’ve created a list you can send messages directly to them.
